Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and chocolatier, Chef Neeth Medappa brings together international expertise, artistic craftsmanship, and a passion for creating unforgettable dessert experiences.
After building a successful career in architecture and retail planning, Chef Neeth Medappa chose to follow her true passion for the art of pastry and chocolate. This journey led her to train at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa, one of the world’s most respected culinary institutions, before refining her skills at renowned French pastry boutiques in Toronto.
Inspired by international techniques, artistic craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence, Chef Neeth returned to Bengaluru to establish Neeth Medappa Pâtissier Chocolatier. Today, she specializes in creating bespoke wedding cakes, luxury celebration cakes, artisan chocolates, gourmet desserts, and custom confectionery experiences that blend creativity with exceptional taste.
